We design creative, functional, and code compliant spaces based on the needs of the client. Construction Documents are assembled to build the space, generate construction bids / cost analyses and obtaining building permits.
We partner with real estate professionals, landlords and property management companies in laying out office space with prospective tenants, which is critical to the lease negotiation process.
The RBA team is well versed in all phases of the design process from guiding startup companies through real estate constraints and the construction process to navigating relocations, remodeling or expansions with existing companies.
