This modern color scheme was carefully selected to complement the existing Verde Antique marble used in the adjacent, existing building lobby. The space offers relevant amenities, including a Corian-Quartz charging workstation; an interactive presentation screen shrouded in dimensional 3-Form Pleat Panels; a huddle room for breakout meetings or quiet space enclosed with butt-joint glass walls with a concealed track and Herculite frameless glass door; a food hub for catered lunches or social events; and various bar height, desk height, and lounge furniture. The furniture in this space is reconfigurable based on user needs and can be arranged in boardroom or classroom style layouts. We were able modernize existing millwork by utilizing 3M DI-NOC Architectural Film in a light-colored oak wood pattern. This space also features a floating cloud ceiling with a knife-edge trim detail and a large ring-shaped chandelier.
