RBA partnered with Premier Workspaces – an industry leader in flexible office solutions with over 85 locations nationwide – to design and deliver a sophisticated, functional workplace in Concord, California. Spanning ~11,000 square feet, the space balances a warm, hospitality-inspired ambiance with the efficiency and adaptability required of modern coworking environments.
Our design approach emphasized texture, contrast, and a curated lighting strategy to enhance both private offices and communal areas.
Notable design elements include: modern pendent lighting and droplet cluster lighting, adding sculptural warmth and visual rhythm to open areas; bold wall treatments, including Art Deco wall tile and geometric wallcovering for a striking yet balanced material palette; and Durable, high-performance quartz surfaces, paired with soft yet resilient flooring to achieve both the desired design aesthetic and practical longevity.
This project showcases our ability to merge refined design sensibilities with the functional demands of flexible workspace environments—creating spaces that feel elevated, intuitive, and built for productivity.
